MAP Contact Information

The Membership Assistance Program (MAP) offers counseling services designed to help you and your family deal with a variety of life situations, such as:

  • alcohol and drug abuse,
  • marital and family conflicts or issues,
  • adolescent and child difficulties,
  • divorce and separation adjustment,
  • job-related stress,
  • legal and financial difficuly,
  • death of a loved one, and
  • other personal and emotional challenges.

Our goal is to help you and your family deal with home and/or workplace challenges that disrupt your life, as well as the lives of your family members.

MAP services include access to online information resources and access to licensed mental health professionals over the phone or in person. Through MAP, you and your family members can receive up to six confidential sessions per incident with a counselor. All costs for the sessions are covered by the Plan.
